The easiest way is to start running Vista since Microsoft is no longer supporting .hlp files with that OS. Then when you want help you just get a rude message that tells you you're an idiot for wanting to use antiquated technology. (You can load a help engine after once again agreeing to some vague EULA that gives up your first born or something like that).
