I see, we suspected as much that it was more the user than the device (and I must confess that spilt drinks were implicated in a couple of the dead 4000s I think).
The USB hub on the Natural Pros is good, being able to just plug one USB into my laptop each morning is a small thing but nice nonetheless. I also prefer the solidness and the typing angle over the 4000. I think I have 3 natural pros left, would have been 4 but my sister requested one when hers finally died and I grudgingly agreed ;-). Shame I didn't know about your hoard I would have gladly passed them on. :)
