Used Report Builder on Delphi 5 on a legacy system with some pretty complex
reports, including generating courier post tickets with line barcodes
(Code128D) and 2d barcodes. Was converted to XE5 recently, and I hear was a
fairly easy process - Report Builder has its own way of working, along with its
quirks and fortunately still is present and many to the quirks are fixed in the
later versions.
Longevity of it is certainly a notable feature, and it does work well as a
reporting engine.
