Hi Garry,

All sorts of reports... basically a report is what the end customer in our
business sees and basically pays for.

It was quite a few years ago when we made the change, but we had been using
Report Builder for a few years also, and were struggling with some things.

We switched to Fast Report and found we could do things more easily than we
could in Report Builder.

It was a big change as we had quite a few reports in Report Builder, but I
can remember that we as a team thought it was well worth the change... It
was many years ago, so we can't recall exactly why :-)

Now we dynamically put all sorts of sub-reports into the finished reports,
have graphing, quite a variety really.

I see some mentions of longevity, Fast Reports has been around for many
years too.

Summary is, we switched and haven't looked back... maybe Report Builder has
caught up since then, mind you Fast Reports keeps up with their versions
too.

Sorry I can't provide more concrete reasons :-)

Regards
Colin
