If I use the link you provide Russell I can order OK and on the final shopping cart the amount is 1458.90 USD for a Delphi upgrade. This is 10% off the standard price of 1621.00 USD. I was expecting to see 1215.75 USD which is 25% off the normal price as advertised in the promotion. I have sent a couple of queries off so hopefully I'll get a reply from Embarcadero.
