My initial thoughts are to find a backup person or persons, familiar with Delphi (7 through to XE?) and Intraweb who would be happy to put their name(s) forward as contact / support persons. In the Wellington region would be a bonus. All required source code / 3rd-party components etc. would be logged with and available via my accountant. Person(s) may never be needed but are available "just in case" and to give clients some peace of mind. If others have been in similar situations and come up with different solutions then happy to hear those also.
