I've always thought that Borland had sensible licensing. Compare that to Fujitsu Power Cobol which lets you install once and only once and if your machine dies you have to ring them and they unlock the registration process, which is pretty draconian considering it costs $6000 for features similar to a Personal edition of Delphi.
I have about 3 machines that I install Delphi on.
