No dealings myself. They only list freephone contact numbers for US, UK, Canada & Oz, so no idea what the kiwi bird reference is all about.
Some of the hosters in NZ (incl. www.kiwihosting.net.nz if I'm correct) actually use US-based servers, but the support is based here. Don't know if that means they're classified as resellers or what?
