Or better, don't patent software at all. Its just wrong. Borland owns the right click and the tabbed dialog concept. Is that sensible? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Adrian King Sent: Tuesday, 15 June 2004 12:03 p.m. To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; NZ Borland Developers Group - Delphi List Subject: Re: [DUG] [OFF-TOPIC] Patent company/lawyer reference
Look for a guy called Hector Cumming. He has done a lot of programming in NZ and Oz before he went into law. So he should know where you are at. I think he is still with A. J. Park and Co. Patent Attorneys. Their website is www.ajpark.com All patent fees are horrendous. Patent in NZ first is cheapest. Then worldwide. _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://ns3.123.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi
