I am sorry to mention that it is not a software patent. It is a mechnical
device and nothing to do with software industry.

Borland owns the right click and the tabbed dialog concept. Is that

Look for a guy called Hector Cumming. He has done a lot of programming
in NZ  and Oz before he went into law.

So he should know where you are at.

I think he is still with A. J. Park and Co. Patent Attorneys.
Their website is www.ajpark.com

All patent fees are horrendous. Patent in NZ first is cheapest. Then
worldwide.
