I must agree.

Up until D2005 I've considered the Delphi Help to be a good example of
developer friendly help, both for the Language and Libraries (VCL, etc) and
also for the IDE.

Now in D2005 using the MS"Help" (sic) document system the Library help is
okay (but still a step down from the D7 help) and the IDE "help' isn't.
