I've occasionally had problems with riched20.dll with highly corrupted rich text causing a similar exception to the one described - could this be the issue?

Hi all

We have an application that was producing the following error on 2003 SP 1....

'Exception EReadError in module Install.dll as 0023213'

I have traced it to a problem with TRichedit. By removing the Richedit from one of the screens in this app the problem disappears. Is this a version issue with riched20.dll (or whatever its called) ? If so what can I do about the issue?

The problem does not occur on Windows 2003 (no SP). I think both clients are using 'Standard Edition'.
