Out test machine is complaining about "unavailable database" when I try to connect to a local firebird file. I had a read of the firebird "Quickstart Guide" which mentioned I needed two files, gds32.dll and fb32.dll for a client install - I can only find the first one on my machine. Am I missing something here? The client machine doesn't need to connect to a server - just a local file. Do I still have to install a firebird server as a service on the client machine to connect to a local file? I *am* missing aren't I?
