This is a guess since I don't use D2005 or Dexter, but I've noticed in
the past when I change the configuration that sometimes the processID
GUID for the IIS COM+ Service has changed and I have to recopy it into
the run parameters for the project. If this is relevant with ASP.NET and
IIS then just check the GUID in the Component Services viewer.
