I think you misunderstand me Jeremy, what I am concerned with in my postings is that the API will work, and that Borland will really want the previus products be able to find the MS API working.

MS has fixed issues with BDE compatibility and Debugger issue with
previous versions of products and don't expect it to be any
differently.

Wanting Borland to send out a fix for an old product version on a beta
operating system doesn't sound like good business sense to me.

Perhaps they asked MS to deliberately break old versions so that would
happen... Start the conspiracy theories now...
