To be honest, sometimes I found that at the time I really need help, but no
help. In the end, I have to dig it out myself. Google usually is my best
friend.

nope.

I think this has been discussed before: there seems to be very few (if
any?) list members who are at the learning stage of Delphi. Most of us
are comfortable enough with what we are doing that we don't really need
the help anymore. Also, I suspect that a fair percentage of list members
are only using Delphi for maintenance (although I'm not) while doing
most of their new development in other languages? Also, web searching
can be a much quicker way to find a solution to a problem (sometimes).

Perhaps a quick poll is in order?

Poll questions:
All responses should apply to whatever project you are currently
*predominantly* working on.
1. What single language - and version - are you *primarily* using?
2. What other language(s)/tools are you using?
3. How would you best describe the architectural nature of this project?

Here are my responses:
1. Delphi 6 Pro
2. Java, Javascript, Firebird database, and HTML (could be called a tool
I guess)
3. Web application

Phil.
