The world is not black and white. Plenty of "C" people can see the benefits in a readable, more-readily maintainable language with a rich component base - provided its performance and reliability is up there. The trick is to get more of them to try it in the first place, if it's to become a developer-driven language again. Maybe Borland or DevCo have some ideas in that direction. cheers, peter =========================================== Peter Hyde, Development Director * http://TurboNote.com -- top-rated onscreen sticky notes * TCompress components for Delphi/.NET/Kylix/C++ @ http://webcentre.co.nz * FREE global search and replace utility: http://turbonote.com/tnTurboSR _______________________________________________ Delphi mailing list [email protected] http://ns3.123.co.nz/mailman/listinfo/delphi
