[DUG] Tabcontrol

Modest request, where can I find a tabcontrol component like
the one Textpad uses, tabs expand to the text size, and has
a little hot tracking highlight on mouseover.  Or should I
be trying to write something like that myself?  I am not
that flash at component writing really, but I am picking it
up ie but I can follow code once I am shown :)
