I'm not sure if you are referring to AjaxToolbox or just Ajax in general here.

AjaxToolbox is not a server side library at all. I've generally avoided the libraries that automatically generate the _javascript_ code to talk to your server because it just feels to restrictive. Doing all the _javascript_ myself (but using a nice lightweight wrapper around the xmlHttpRequest) lets me have much greater control - albeit with more time spent probably.

But if you are just referring to generally using Delphi on Linux for server code then I wouldn't know since I only use ISAPI dlls, hence am restricted to IIS anyway.

Actually another place for Delphi under linux. You can only use Delphi
for web server-side if you windows web server. However, all of ours linux.
