No, it isn't there. Microsoft encouraged Borland to drop the feature as
it wasn't recommending it as a path for development.

OK, so I thought I would have a go at creating an ActiveX wrapper around
a VCL control in BDS2006 (currently using Delphi 6) to see if that fixed
a problem I was having (seems Delphi6 has a bug that reverses the
parameter list for ActiveX wrappers for VCL controls).

It's not there.

BDS doesn't have an option to create a new ActiveX control. I can create
a new ActiveX library, but not an ActiveX control. I can create all
sorts of other ActiveX things, but not an ActiveX control like D6.

Is this a feature that has been dropped in BDS2006?
