Initial Cucumber features for RHEV-M driver

Hi,

This is first basic set of Cucumber features and mock datas from my
local installation. It means that you don't need RHEV-M setup
for testing it.

All you need to do is: 

API_DRIVER=rhevm rake cucumber (in core/tests)
