     For reasons I can't understand, making a directory on
minotaur.apache.org:/www/
incubator.apache.org/deltacloud/libdeltacloud/downloads didn't work.  I
could make the directory, and upload files to it, but I would keep getting
404s trying to access it.  David, do you have any ideas here?
     For the time being, I have uploaded the libdeltacloud releases to
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/aeolus/libdeltacloud, so they are at
least accessible.  If we can figure out the deal with minotaur, then I'll
move them there.
