not sure if this is it but... when i updated the website docs recently, changes I made to /www/incubator.apache.org/deltacloud weren't served immediately but only 'after some time' when the mirroring scripts picked up the changes. Also, /www/incubator.apache.org/deltacloud is a checkout of the /path/to/deltacloud/site/output directory.
