not sure if this is it but... when i updated the website docs recently,
changes I made to /www/incubator.apache.org/deltacloud weren't served
immediately but only 'after some time' when the mirroring scripts picked
up the changes.

Also, /www/incubator.apache.org/deltacloud is a checkout of the
/path/to/deltacloud/site/output directory. So you could create the
required directory structure and files, patch+commit the changes and
then log into minotaur and 'svn update' - again they won't be served
immediately so be patient,
