What is the opinion on naming this command `manage`?
The code needs a quick dusting, and the addition of tab completion on the
torrent ID(critical).The adding support for a torrent name isn't critical,
but would be nice.
Over all, this could be merged into *Master* and *1.3-stable* without much
hassle.
