Looking at the file I notice there are some strange uses of Deferred. I
know very little about twisted, but after a quick look at the
documentation of Deferred, I've come to the conclusion that this code
probably doesn't do anything useful. So I'll delete all uses of Deferred
from manage.py.
I believe this code was something I copied from config.py, so I went back
and had a look at that file. And it seems to me that all use of Deferred
in config.py is also entirely pointless. Am I missing something?
