I don't know that I supplied a blocklist location. I'll check that.
With respect to the rest, to be honest, I figured it wouldn't be much
help, but I don't really have anything else to go on. What can I run to
help diagnose this issue? Where is the state for the torrents stored? Is
that in the deluge client or libtorrent? Can I run it in a debug mode?
Is there some kind of log I can provide? I'd really like to help figure
this issue out, but don't know where to start. :-/
