I ran across this qbittorrent bug that seems to be very similar to this:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/qbittorrent/+bug/754742
There are some suggestions of removing bad trackers may help so that is
worth looking at.
Even though a few other bugs may crop up it is worth testing with latest
0.16 libtorrent.
