Follow-up Comment #3, bug #36968 (project denemo):
Default font was set to Denemo 9
However, I have noticed a strange entry in Audio/MIDI settings: the Output
device was set to MME: Microsoft Sound Mapper - Input. I have now changed that
to MME: Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output.
I don't think I changed that field when I set it it, I think it was selected
by default & I just checked it was MME.
It is no longer crashing so either the above or turning off cursor
highlighting for the other bug made the problem go away.
