You can automatically name a PDF - the command d-ExportPDF can be passed a filename which could be randomly generated or created by whatever "automatic" scheme you can come up with. I just tested the script (d-ExportPDF "\home\rshann\Desktop\JUNK.pdf") and it put the appropriate JUNK.pdf file on my Desktop. Note that it stores a PDF for the currently selected score layout.
