Now at the same time as you get this please paste C:\Users\joean\Desktop\den22Nov\denemo\bin\lilypond-windows.exe <return> at a command prompt (what used to be called command.com (I think), but is now cmd.exe (I think), or "Windows Power Shell"), and report the response. For the best security against invisible characters, typos etc copy and paste from the field named lilypond in the Preferences->Externals to the command prompt. Richard ps remember to reply to list!
