On opening Denemo22Nov I get
On pressing OK with x in Graphics Editor box
On Executing Typeset I get
and then after pressing close
and then, fro a batch file with pauses before and after I get no
response from the lilypond-windows call

Now at the same time as you get this please paste
C:\Users\joean\Desktop\den22Nov\denemo\bin\lilypond-windows.exe
<return>
at a command prompt (what used to be called command.com (I think), but
is now cmd.exe (I think), or "Windows Power Shell"), and report the
response.
For the best security against invisible characters, typos etc copy and
paste from the field named lilypond in the Preferences->Externals to
the command prompt.
