I've added an offset when restoring the Print View position on Microsoft
Windows builds. I haven't been able to test how much offset is needed - please
provide feedback.
One thing to note however is that you may find that you cannot restore the
Print View to a position which results in the window being partly off the
monitor it is on (i.e. off the screen at the bottom/right): reduce the beight
of the Print View window to make sure it is all on-screen before hiding it.
