Alright. Tried it with RapidSVN but the command line is way easier here. 
 I hope that they are going to update these tools now, that svn 1.0 is 
out, because I have already tried the eclipse plugin. CVS is far more 
advanced on this side :-(
Anyway, now we have a "tag" (basically a copy of the original version) 
in the directory /tags/ruper/revision-0.1. Hope that this is a nice 
naming convention where everybody can agree on (basically it is the 
suggesition from subversion). I hope that this is not really a copy of 
the files itself (because of size issues).
I also deleted the files stated from Nicola. Thanks to him for this.
