Apache antlet now will push site to cvs.

The apache antlet. now supports the target push-site-to-cvs. But it is failing on Win2k for me so I had to do it by hand.

The apache antlet is now working for me.
I used cygwin's ssh  with the ssh-agent to no passowrd is required.
