"experimental" wording removed, committed revision 178292. Change will
become visible on the web site with the next rsync to www.apache.org
(currently scheduled for every 4 hours).

Not sure what is experimental about their current format, but this
should be resolved to a non-experimental format.
Jeff posted numerous disclaimers about the initial format.
I'm happy to remove the word "experimental". Experience on other apache
lists demonstrates that this may be "it". Of course, anyone should feel
free to jump in a help tweak the format.
