You can download the 10.1 alpha manuals as a single PDF or single html
("HTML Book") file from here:
http://incubator.apache.org/derby/manuals/index.html
If you want the 10.0 manuals, it'd be easy for me to zip/tar them up and
make them available for download. Just let me know if you want that.
