I logged on to cms.apache.org and added an icons directory to the db site. I 
took the icons from the Apache httpd 2.4.4 source tarball, which contains the 
same icons as can be seen here: http://www.apache.org/icons/

Committed revision 852202.

Let's see if that makes the directory listings show the icons. (They don't yet, 
but I suppose there's a delay before the changes are published on the server.)
