I ran suites.All on Java 8 EA compact2 profile and saw that the compatibility
tests failed many times with errors like this:

It turns out that network servers that lack the fixes for DERBY-5955 cannot
load the EmbeddedDriver. More precisely, they cannot load the full JDBC driver,
and they end up using the JSR-169 driver, which is not good enough for the
network server.
On compact2, we should skip the compatibility test combinations that use
servers older than 10.10.
