Knut Anders Hatlen updated DERBY-6098:
--------------------------------------

    Attachment: d6098-1a.diff

The attached patch skips combinations with server versions older than 10.10 if
the platform lacks support for JNDI.

The compatibility test suite runs cleanly both with compact2 and with the full
JDK after this change.

> Skip compatibility testing of old servers on compact profile 2

> It turns out that network servers that lack the fixes for DERBY-5955 cannot
> load the EmbeddedDriver. More precisely, they cannot load the full JDBC
> driver, and they end up using the JSR-169 driver, which is not good enough
> for the network server.
> On compact2, we should skip the compatibility test combinations that use
> servers older than 10.10.
