Attaching derby-6104-02-aa-releaseNotesFirstRev.diff. This patch checks in the
first rev of the 10.10.1 release notes. Committed at subversion revision
1455291.

Removed the requirement for documenting the release manager's Java 1.4 and Java
6 environments. The build machinery has changed sufficiently that this
information is no longer needed.

Added 10.10.1 feature summaries, filled in my machine's environment info,
removed Java 1.4 from the list of supported JVMs.
