Attaching derby-6104-09-aa-cleanupAfterJiraSoap.diff. This patch makes the
release notes generator remove the generated jirasoap machinery after the
release notes are successfully built. This prevents the jirasoap cruft from
turning up in source distributions. Committed at subversion revision 1457942.
