Thanks, Kim. The above works, cf. test cases in OLAPTest.java.
That sentence is a bit weird. I suggest just saying that "currently, a
<window-specification> can only be the entire result set, i.e. an empty
parenthesis pair".
In the future, when we do add more stuff, the syntax for <window-specification>
will be extended.
