Oops, that's what happens when I try to simplify the original SQL grammar too 
quickly..

It should be;
  
  WINDOW window_name AS window_specification

so in the example "WINDOW R AS ()" would constitute a wIndow_clause. The 
window_specification will be the "()", its only legal value for now.
