Attaching derby-6213-24-aa-makeBasicConnectionPoolDataSource40public.diff. This
patch makes BasicClientConnectionPoolDataSource40 public so that it will appear
in the published api javadoc. Committed at subversion revision 1487559.
I don't know when this class ceased being public. It must have been public when
the 10.10 release was cut because the class turns up in the published api
javadoc for that release.
