Attaching derby-6213-17-aa-lint9.diff. This patch generifies the remaining
classes needed to remove the lint warnings. I am running tests now.
As part of this patch, I generalized the parser hacking (introduced by
derby-6213-13-aa-lint4-implSqlConn.diff) so that it could be applied to our
other 2 grammars: ij.jj and mtGrammar.jj.
