Of course, I think this kind of situation was discussed before, we'll just have to assume whomever initiated the change in a different language knows what they're writing. Unless someone else also knowledgeable offers to help :-)

I just had to note that I went to Babelfish to try and and verify the content of the new message added by Felipe with Derby-117:

SRV_PortNumber=O servidor está rodando na porta {0}.

I got a laugh when Babelfish translated it as:

The server is twirling in the door {0}.

I agree with Myrna, I think we should accept that the contributor's translation is correct. Plus, there was a longish discussion about this a month or two ago. Basically, if someone checks in updated translated files that change the previous translations, and someone fluent in the language feels that the new translations are incorrect, they can raise it as an issue on derby-dev. Otherwise, the new translations stand.
