I have removed length() method from StorageFile,InputStreamFile,JarDBFile as
well as CorruptFile and built the derby successfully. Also, all the above
mention test suites pass the test with out any problem. So, I think its better
to remove the this method from these classes. This will help us to improve the
code coverage to a certain level.
