Hi Ahsan,
I think the Eclipse patch tool was confused by the presence of the "fail"
directory in your workspace.
Can you please try removing the "fail" directory and regenerating your patch?
I think that your patch should be quite small when you attach it, just 1K or 2K
in size, right?
