I came across a problem with a NullPointerException being thrown when executing
the triggered SQL statement. This happens for row triggers if the WHEN clause
contains a subquery.
derby-534-03-a-npe-testcase.diff adds a test case to TriggerWhenClauseTest that
reproduces the NPE. The test case is disabled for now. I'll look into it later.
