Description: Two Reference Manual topics, "Parameters to
getProcedureColumns" (rrefpgc1.dita) and "Columns in the ResultSet returned by
getProcedureColumns" (rrefcrsrgpc1.dita), put their information in bullet
lists. For readability, these should be converted to two-column tables. (was:
